Prior to co-founding Ignition Garage, Michael was the President of Rosetta Solutions, a technology company that serves the book publishing industry. Previous to Rosetta, Michael served as a managing partner at Blue Oceans Ventures (Seattle, WA). Michael also continues to serve as a strategic management consultant at Level 7 Partners.  Over his career Michael developed a wide variety of business experience within the disciplines of executive leadership, business development, organizational development, operations management, project management, turn-around and non-profit management. He also serves organizations, both for-profit and non-profit, at a Board level as an Advisor or Director. He offers a strong network of relationships that have consistently accelerated value for clients.
